It should be stressed that the nature of the accommodation when compared with other areas of SE Asia, is sometimes of a lower standard than normally provided on G.A.P Adventures trips. This is often due to the location and type of activities involved (ie high on a mountain and in remote jungle areas). Accommodation is always clean and usually makes up in character and location, what it might not provide in glamour and additional services.

The tour leader was very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the tour. All accommodation and various entry fees were taken care of which was great. The local tour guide integrated well with our group and he was great fun! I felt that I was introduced to as much of the 'real' Borneo as I could be in 10 days.
