Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time.
Day 2 Kathmandu
Explore the busy streets of the Nepali capital. Step through the looking glass into a world of markets, bazaars and narrow streets home to hindu holy men, sacred cows, cyclists and street sellers.
Day 3 Patan and Bhaktapur
The medieval cities of Bhaktapur and Patan are known as the third city in the Kathmandu valley, after Kathmandu itself. Both towns are filled with Hindu temples, pagodas, palaces and ancient monuments, some dating back to the 16th century.
Day 4 Pokhara
A beautiful, relaxing lakeside resort town, Pokhara lies on a once vibrant trade route extending between India and Tibet. To this day, mule trains can be seen camped on the outskirts of the town, bringing goods to trade from remote regions of the Himalaya.
Day 5-7 Annapurna Circuit
Immerse yourself in the spectacular mountain wilderness that encompasses the Annapurna Range. Amid the rugged mountain scenery, meet warm and welcoming locals herding yaks and goats on the grassy pastures. Marvel at waterfalls of melted snow, cross icy rivers, broad plains and high mountain passes and reward yourself with a soak in natural hot springs.
Day 8 Pokhara
Return to Pokhara for some relaxation after your tiring, yet rewarding, trekking adventure.
Day 9-10 Chitwan National Park
This is wildlife viewing at its best. Seize the opportunity to ride an elephant through the national park on safari before you join a guided hike through the Park in search of the Royal Bengal tiger and one-horned rhino. There will also be time for canoeing, bird watching or to visit an elephant breeding centre.
Day 11 Kathmandu
Return to the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can cycle to the ghats along the Bagmati River, stroll around the city's ancient streets or relax with a cold drink at a rooftop garden restaurant, complete with traditional musicians.
