Day 1 Arrive Marrakech
Arrive in Marrakech at any time.
Day 2 Ouarzazate (B)
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou, a popular film location. Next stop is Ouarzazate, a former Foreign Legion stronghold and base for the powerful Glaoui family - enjoy a stop at one their Kasbahs, and a film studio.
Day 3 Zagora (B,D)
Travel through the Anti-Atlas Mountain range and the splendid Draa Valley—a palm grove dotted with adobe villages and terracing, ending in Zagora, the last town before the desert. Hop on a camel, and ride to the oasis of Nakhla. Overnight in nomad tents.
Day 4 Taliouine (B,D)
Return to Zagora by camel, then follow the Draa Valley back to Agdz and Tazenakht, famous for its carpets. The winding mountain roads of the Anti-Atlas Mountains offer magnificent views along the way.
Day 5 Tiznit (B,D)
Full day in the heart of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, descending in the afternoon to the Atlantic Coast, passing by the garrison town of Tiznit, known for its silverware.
Day 6 Sidi Ifni/Tiznit (B,D)
Full day exploration of this beautiful part of the coast. Swim in the ocean or spot rare birds such as the bald ibis.
Day 7 Taroudant (B)
Travel north along the coast to Agadir for a short visit, and inland through the fertile Souss Plain to the city of Taroudant, known as “Little Marrakech” for its ochre walls and charming souks.
Day 8-9 Marrakech (2B)
Morning drive to marvellous Marrakech; the afternoon is free to explore on your own. The next morning, enjoy a historical tour of the city on foot; the balance of the day is free to find some last-minute souvenirs.
Day 10 Depart Marrakech (B)
