Day 1 Cairo
Arrive in Cairo at any time.
Day 2 Cairo (B)
Enjoy a full day dicovering the Capital before boarding a night train (seats)to Aswan in the evening.

Explore the legendary Pyramids and the Great Sphinx that guard the Royal Burial Chambers and temple of Cheops. Want more? Check out the Egyptian Museum, where the famous treasures of Tutankhamen’s tomb are on display.
Day 3-4 Aswan (2B)
Travel to Aswan, and spend the afternoon at Philae temple on the island of Agilkai, returning to Aswan via the massive Unfinished Obelisk. The next day, set out early for an optional trip to the temples of Abu Simbel, on the shores of Lake Nasser. Return to Aswan in the afternoon.
Day 5 Nile River (B)
Spend the day and night floating down the Nile on a traditional Egyptian felucca. Relax and watch the scenery glide by en route to Luxor, the ancient capital of Egypt. Along the way, take a shore excursion to the cult temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile and falcon gods. Sleep under the stars on the deck of our traditional felucca.
Day 6 Luxor (B)
Jump off the felucca and into a bus to travel to Luxor. Along the way visit the temple of Edfu. Arrive in Luxor mid-afternoon; the balance of the day is free.
Day 7 Luxor (B)
Today start with a tour of the Valley of the Kings, including the Western Valley tomb of Ay. Visit the chapel of Ramose and other tombs in the Valley of the Nobles. End the day with the Colossi of Memnon.
Day 8-9 Hurghada (2B)
After breakfast take a long drive to the edge of the Red Sea at Hurghada. Relax at a local cafe or explore the city by foot. The next two days are free to try some the many optional activities Hurghada has to offer, including snorkelling, diving or just relaxing on the beach—the choice is yours.
Day 10-11 Cairo (2B)
Long travel day back to Cairo. The next couple of nights are free to explore the city. Enjoy a guided walk through Islamic Cairo, and visit the amazing Khan al-Khalili markets.
Day 12 Depart Cairo (B)
