Group Leader

Local naturalist guides (certified by Galapagos National Park) while in the islands, G.A.P Adventures leader from Lima onwards, local guides while on Lake Titicaca, in the Sacred Valley, on the Inca Trail, in the jungle and in Lima.

Accommodation

Simple hotels/guest houses (10 nts), camping (3 nts), jungle lodge (2 nts), homestay (1 nt), twin-share cabins on board our motorized yacht (7 nts).

Transport

Local flights, motorized yacht, van, train, hiking, public bus, boat, canoe.

Meals Included

All meals while in the Galapagos, during the homestay, on the Inca Trail and in the jungle.

Meal Budget

Allow USD190 for meals not included. For additional expenses, see trip details. Drinks and tips while on the yacht are extra. You must pay a USD100 (cash) Galapagos park entry fee immediately upon arrival to the Islands (subject to increase).

Notes

1. Last minute bookings of this trip and all trips that include the Inca Trail will be on an "on request" basis only. To make a booking request of a tour which includes the Inca Trail, G.A.P Adventures requires your full name, date of birth, nationality and passport number.
2. Please advise at time of booking if you do not wish to hike the Inca Trail. Instead you will have 2 nights in Cuzco, travel by train for a night in Aguas Calientes, and join the hikers for the tour of Machu Picchu.
3. The Lima-Quito international flight (Day 15) is not included and must be purchased together with your international airfare at time of booking. This flight must arrive in Quito on Day 15.
4. Passport details, nationality, full name and date of birth must be advised at time of booking.

Inca And Darwin Experience

Overall a fantastic trip. I I really enjoyed the comraderie and fellowship of the tour group and our tour leader was very thorough, and accomodating throughout. He attended to all our concerns in a timely manner, and seemed contientious throughout the Inca leg of our journey.Our transfer out of Peru went without a hitch.
