Day 1 Arrive Tortuguero
Early pick up from your hotel in San José for your half-day journey to Tortuguero by road and boat. Pass through parks and spot exotic wildlife on an enjoyable boat ride along the Tortuguero River, before arriving at the lodge for a delicious lunch buffet.
Day 2-3 Tortuguero
Wake early to the sounds and sights of the jungle as it comes alive in the early morning, then enjoy guided hikes in this tropical rainforest park, home to countless species of fauna and flora. There are plenty of optional activities, including a jungle tour, kayaking down the waterways, swimming and hiking.
Day 4 Depart Tortuguero
Head back to San José.
