Day 1 Arrive Bangkok
Arrive in Bangkok at any time.
Day 2 Battambang
Travel overland to this tranquil riverside town of French colonial architecture.
Day 3-4 Siem Reap (B)
Explore Indochina's most incredible historic sight - the vast temple-palace complex of Angkor, capital of the Khmer Empire.
Day 5 Phnom Penh
Travel to Cambodia's riverside capital. Explore this pleasant riverside city of cafes, shady streets and thriving markets full of vibrant textiles and curios.
Day 6 Kratie/ Steung Treng
Perhaps see the rare freshwater Irrawaddy River Dolphin that inhabit this stretch of the Mekong.
Day 7 Don Khong
An island stay in the heart of Si Phan Don (4000 Islands), one of the most beautiful stretches of the Mekong complete with waterfalls, coconut palms, Irrawaddy dolphins and long-tail fishing boats.
Day 8 Champasak & Dong Deng
Enjoy a riverside town and dramatic mountainside Khmer temple.
Day 9-11 Luang Prabang (2B)
Luang Prabang is undoubtedly the "Jewel of Laos", a peaceful riverside town of tranquil temples, incredible textiles, cafes and bakeries.
Day 12-13 Vang Vieng
Nestled amid limestone karst hill, explore the many caves or drift down the river in an inner tube.
Day 14 Vientiane (B)
Scour the morning market for souvenirs, count the Buddha images in Wat Si Saket or simply relax with a Beer Lao in one of the many riverside stilt restaurants.
Day 15 Depart Bangkok
Arrive Back into Thailand's busy capital. Trip ends on arrival at Bangkok Railway Station.
